Well Ok, first runner bean – it’s only tiny, but I spotted it this evening, while removing slugs and snails from various veggies. I’ve never grown beans before, but I’d recommend it to anyone – especially if you’re a beginner and don’t have much growing space - vertical gardening is perfect.
