365 Day Photo Project Day 612: Tiptoe Through The Undergrowth [Spider]

I would say the spider in today’s image is probably a European Garden Spider (Araneus diadematus). Although it’s body is noticeably darker compared to other individuals of it’s species found in these parts (possibly due to the time of year since it hides away in darkened crevices for the winter months), those stripey legs do give it away.
